We’ve selected the most popular choices above, to streamline our process and ultimately give you the best price available anywhere. In saying that, we are more than happy to create your custom tissue paper with other specifications, weights, quantities and finishes. We can produce using custom sizes, spot UV, varnishes, food grade lamination and more.
By standard, our tissue paper comes on a luxury 17gsm (white), 19gsm (black) or 30gsm (multi colour design) thickness.
If you have something a little different in mind, just get in touch with us and we’ll be more than happy to quote you for this. We can produce up to a maximum of 1.6 million sheets per day, making us the largest producer of printed tissue paper in the UK by some stretch!
Artwork
Whether you have artwork ready or go or not we’d love to have your order. Don’t worry if you don’t have the experience in print design, our expert product designers will guide you through the process by crafting your artwork for you. All you have to do is submit your logo in a high quality format, let us work our magic and then tell us you’re happy with the final artwork before it goes off to print. It’s as easy as that!
Alternatively, you’re more than welcome to take care of the artwork yourself and get it set up. You can download one of artwork templates for printed tissue paper by clicking on ‘Downloadable Templates’ just above. Add in your artwork and colours, and don’t forgot to convert any text to paths then send it our way to approve. If you’re creating an artwork which repeats off the page, make sure you add in some bleed (3mm) around the design to ensure there’s no white spaces around the edges when trimmed. Specification
For single colour prints on white or black we use a luxury acid free 17gsm tissue paper – this is the most popular choice and also the most cost effective option.
When creating custom coloured tissue paper, or printing more than one colour in total we use a luxury acid free 30gsm tissue paper. The slight increase in thickness allows us to use higher levels of ink, giving a perfect finished product every time.
Our tissue paper comes packed in reams of 500 sheets, and in unbranded master cartons should you wish us to send directly to your clients.
For those of a design nature, we typically print using Pantone colours (preferred) or CMYK references and also also can print tints of the same colour (it still counts as 1 colour when selecting this above). We can also print metallic/neon Pantones at no extra cost. Our tissue paper is printed flexographic, giving you the best quality printed tissue paper available. You won’t find any sub quality digitally printed personalised tissue paper from us!
