How do I place my order?
All orders can be placed online. Just select your options on the product – you can choose to attach your artwork / logo at this stage or alternatively email it after checking out.
What are your payment methods?
We accept all major credit / debit cards as payment, or alternatively you can choose to pay by BACs at checkout and a pro forma will be automatically emailed to you for payment.
How long is the lead time?
This differs on a product by product basis, if you have an exact deadline please contact us and we will advise on all options available. Estimated delivery times can also be found on each product page.
Can I order bespoke sizes / quantities / finishes?
Yes absolutely, for any orders that don’t fit inside our preset options online please have a look at this page and get in touch. We are more than happy to help.
Do I receive a print proof when ordering?
Once we have your order confirmation, our expert designers will create your print proof to approve prior to printing. Only then will we proceed to production. We will work with you to make sure you’re happy with the final proof.
Can I create my own artwork?
Absolutely, should you require a template to use just ask one of our designers using email@example.com and they’ll send one over.
How should I supply my logo / artwork?
Logos or artwork should be supplied in vector format for most products (that’s files in the format AI, EPS, PDF, SVG usually). Remember to outline any text in the file and add in your colour references if you’re using.
Can you use Pantone colours?
The short answer is yes, we can also print CMYK, spot colours, metallic/neon Pantones and tints of Pantones too. Should you have any questions about this just ask one of our team.
Is tracking available?
Tracking details will be supplied when your order is dispatched (with the exception of samples). We use all major couriers including Royal Mail, DHL, TNT & Pallet Network depending on location / urgency and volume.
Can you guarantee a delivery by a certain date?
Unfortunately we can’t guarantee exact deliveries due to this being the only part of the entire process we can’t control. We will advise as best as possible and do everything to ensure deliveries are made on time, every time. Please let us know should you have an exact deadline so we can advise best.
Can I open a credit account?
Credit terms are available on account spends with a spend £10,000 net. Further details on this can be found by contacting our accounts team – firstname.lastname@example.org
What do I do if I’m unhappy with my order?
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order, just e-mail the details with your order reference number to email@example.com and we will endeavour to make sure your issue is resolved swiftly, and to your satisfaction.
